Questions from vendors
- Can I buy a better score?
- No. Your score is calculated editorially against our methodology — five criteria, equally weighted. No plan, no payment changes the result. What changes your score is improving your product.
- What does listing cost?
- Being listed is free — we add tools to our database as part of our editorial process. Vendor access (your dashboard, score tracking, signal inbox) starts at €149/mo on the Pro plan.
- Is Toolpulse GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. All data is stored on EU servers — Supabase EU Frankfurt and Vercel EU fra1. We don't process personal data from your product. Our own GDPR score is publicly visible on our profile.
- How fast will I be listed?
- Initial scoring takes 5–10 business days from submission. Once live, your profile appears in category pages and comparison searches immediately.
- Is there a DPA (Data Processing Agreement)?
